Toni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management and Leadership from the University of North Texas, with concentrations in Certified Non-Profit Professional and Substance Abuse Treatment. This educational foundation has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to effectively lead and innovate within the human services sector.

Throughout her career, Toni has been a beacon of hope and support for individuals battling substance abuse and mental health challenges.
